It has been awhile since I’ve recently posted on here and I would like to take this time and let you know; I’ve set a date, time and place for the 11th Annual Gillenkirk Family Reunion.

In coming weeks, I’ll be mailing out the invitations; we have a few ideas in mind but need to sort out all the logistics.

Everyone liked where we had it last year, so I’ve decided to have it at the same place and time, if you’re unsure here are the details.

• Date: Sunday, August 23, 2009
• Time: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Location: Munson Park

If you did not attend last year; everyone enjoyed as there was plenty of space, food, park and enough room for the kids games.

I was going over last year’s surveys and majority mentioned they’re willing to pay a fee per Family/Group – We’re possibly going to be doing this but the fee has yet to be set. (Between: $5-$20 per Family Group) – Basically per Vehicle and cannot count as “The Gillenkirk Family”. We’re doing this because majority said so; plus it will offset the costs of the Family Reunion. Donations will be accepted but won’t pass around.

We’re planning on doing either 1 or 2 50/50 Raffles and possible raffle something off.
