18th Gillenkirk Family Reunion

We invite you to celebrate with us at the 18th Gillenkirk Family Reunion! We’re excited about this reunion and wanted to make sure that you’ve marked your calendar. We have a lot of activities planned for you, our family and our guests. The Reunion will begin at 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 28, 2016, at Munson Park. Please be sure to contact anyone we may not have on the mailing list.
We’re having a potluck this year. The entree will be provided by the President Hamburgers, Hotdogs and Italian Sausages which will come off the grill at 1:00 PM with all the fixings. We will be providing other beverages and coffee. We ask that you bring a side dish and dessert to pass. You will need to bring your dinnerware and drink preferences. The park prohibits alcohol or glass bottles, so you will need to make your choices accordingly.
We’ll conduct a meeting to report all deaths, births, engagements, marriages, graduations and any other announcements. Please see Cory or Steve before the meeting for any announcement you’d like to have made. At the meeting, we’ll pass out our annual registration form/survey to elect officers and provide us any updated information.
The Guessing Jar, 50/50 Raffle(s), Euchre Tournament (winners will receive gift cards), and Bingo (possible fee) will all return this year with the added possibility a Dominoes (free) for anyone who wants to play.
There is no admission fee. However, a freewill donation per household would be greatly appreciated with all the proceeds going towards next year’s reunion.
