Celebrate with us at the 11th Gillenkirk Family Reunion. We’re excited about this reunion and wanted to make sure that you’ve marked your calendar. We have a lot of activities planned for you, family and guests. Including live entertainment from Steve’s Band; Spare Parts Band. Reunion begins at 12:30 PM, Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Munson Park. We’ll be providing Hamburgers, Hotdogs and Italian Sausages which will come off the grill at 1:00 PM with all the fixings. We ask you to bring a potluck and/or dessert as a dish to pass, bring your own dinner ware and drink preference, no alcohol and glass bottles please.

After dinner, We’ll conduct a short business meeting to elect officers for next year and report of all deaths, births, engagements, marriages, graduations and/or any other announcements, please see Cory or Steve before the meeting.

We plan to hold 50/50 Raffle(s). Any donations you would like to item off (Furniture, Electronics, or Appliances) would be greatly appreciated and you can contact Cory regarding your donation. Don’t forget to bring your unwanted items for “The Famous Gillenkirk Auction” If you have larger or numerous items please contact Steve so pickup can be arranged.

Games and goodies will be planned by the kids as well as our all-time favorite euchre tournament with a minimum of $3 per player will be mandatory. The winners of the tournament will receive cash instead of gift cards. There is no admission fee but a free will donation per household would be greatly appreciated with all the proceeds going towards next year’s reunion.
